Tone (I think was his name) was quite amicable. The DMV told me their prices were probably sky high due to convenience right next door, but that was not the case. Actually very reasonable. Tone was down to earth, we chatted for a few minutes, I had what I needed and we were done. I'd do it again, but hopefully this isn't a service I need again any time soon! If I do, I know where I'll be going.
